Editor's Rating

NTUC Income's Personal Mobility Guard may benefit consumers who frequently ride on a bicycle, e-scooter, skateboard or other personal mobility device. It may be especially beneficial for those who are looking for liability coverage, since this plan offers the highest third party liability coverage on the personal accident (PA) insurance market. Despite this, it does not offer coverage for damage to your bicycle, nor does it offer coverage for accidents that are unrelated to you using your bike.
