Highlights of Tiq’s Cancer Insurance: What You Should Know

Tiq Cancer Insurance offers very similar coverage to other providers on the market at a higher price–making them difficult to recommend to consumers that are looking for the most affordable and effective coverage. Tiq offers 3 different coverage options–S$50,000, S$100,000, and S$200,000–which give 100% payout of the sum assured for all stages of cancer. They offer a 6% discount on annual premiums for policyholders that do not make a claim on their policy.

However, it's worth noting that even with the discounts, the premiums are unlikely to be cheaper than the cheapest cancer insurance plans on the market. .For example, when comparing Tiq and FWDTiq’s premiums are anywhere from 5% to 31% below the market average prices, whereas FWD, has premiums that are 20% to 47% cheaper than the average,–offer the same coverage options, however, FWD is much more affordable.
